After graduating from law school in 1992 and serving as a law clerk
I began practicing law in 1993. In 1997 I opened my own
practice in
Richmond,
Virginia. I moved my practice to
Powhatan in 2000 where I now reside with my wife Mary Hodge, who is
a Certified Paralegal and has a B.A. in Psychology. We have
seven children: Jordan, 11, Emma, 9, Aaron, 5, Gianna, 3, and three
that have departed this life; Gabriel, Angela, and Faith-Marie.
We attend St. Benedict's Catholic Church.
I am the past Chairman of the Powhatan Republican Committee from
2002-2004 and a graduate of Powhatan’s first Planning Academy
in 2006. I have also been a Co-Chair and volunteer citizen on
the Economic Development Subcommittee for Review of the
Comprehensive Plan of Powhatan County.
